About the Scholarship

Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islanders (AANHPIs) have been historically underrepresented in popular media. Mainstream American music does not reflect the richness of our nation’s diverse AANHPI professionals. This scholarship provides resources to break into the music industry with mentorship, network, and financial support, to aspiring AANHPI talents pursuing a degree in musical arts, including, but not limited to: audio engineering, independent artist, instrumental performance, and musical performance.
